In addition, our international development cooperation programs support over 8\.000 people in Latin America; and through Equimercado, our fair trade brand, we work with over 65 producer groups worldwide. **Position Description** Reporting directly to the Director of People Management and Development, this role will promote, develop, and monitor the organization’s occupational risk prevention plan, aiming to achieve optimal levels of well-being, health, and safety at work. **Responsibilities** * Launch and development of the organization’s own Prevention Service, taking responsibility for compliance with and execution of the Prevention Plan in coordination with territorial zone managers and the External Prevention Service, promoting prevention and integration of the Foundation’s Prevention Plan. * Monitoring of the Foundation’s External Prevention Service. * Conducting appropriate visits to various workplaces to ensure regulatory compliance in preventive matters, as well as performing general and specific risk assessments and follow-ups. * Establishing an effective Occupational Risk Prevention measurement strategy within the organization and defining measures to control and reduce risks. * Providing information and delivering basic preventive training to staff members, as well as offering support and advice to Prevention Delegates regarding applicable legislation and legal requirements. * Managing interventions by various specialists to minimize risks. * Coordinating mandatory external audits and managing the minimum mandatory personnel documentation (fitness assessments, information records, training records, etc.), as well as subcontractor documentation. * Supporting and collaborating with the organization during labor inspections in any territory where we operate. * Planning and conducting, if necessary, emergency drills within the organization and preparing the subsequent annual report, while ensuring coordination of corporate preventive activities. * Conducting evaluations and/or measurements of hygienic conditions for report preparation, as well as job-specific risk assessments—including psychosocial risk assessments. * Ensuring availability of preventive information in each territorial zone (e.g., job characteristics and complexity, existing work equipment, tasks performed, staff health status, changes in job positions, etc.) and establishing a fluid communication system with all involved stakeholders. * Coordinating with various teams across different locations, as well as participating in the Foundation’s workspaces, meetings, and training sessions held throughout Spain. **Knowledge and Experience** * Higher education degree and specialized training as a Senior Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL), covering three specialties: Workplace Safety, Industrial Hygiene, and Ergonomics and Applied Psychosociology. * Minimum 3 years’ experience performing the responsibilities described above. Preferred qualifications: * Postgraduate training in Human Resources Management and/or Personnel Administration * Experience in mandatory external audits and prevention systems * Experience in social action, socio-healthcare, educational, and/or industrial sectors * Experience as a senior technician or manager of an in-house or shared Prevention Service * Disability certificate of 33% or higher **Competencies** * Interpersonal relationship skills * Teamwork * Positive mindset * Assertive communication * Results orientation * Organizational commitment **Conditions** * Group 1\.
