Collaboration in logistics and continuous process improvement. In Oviedo, we are looking for a person responsible for customer service in the construction and industrial supplies sector. This full-time temporary position focuses on listening to customers' needs to guide them toward the most suitable materials for their projects. Daily duties require clear communication, ensuring that each professional receives useful and accurate advice for the success of their projects. The role also includes monitoring after-sales service, resolving customer queries or incidents to ensure consistent customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will collaborate with the logistics department to oversee correct order preparation and delivery. This is an opportunity to participate in operational meetings and propose ongoing improvements, always working proactively and as part of a team. At least two years of prior experience in construction or masonry sectors is required. A valid Class B driving license and personal vehicle for commuting are mandatory. Minimum education required is primary school completion. Specific knowledge of construction materials, masonry, and renovation processes is highly valued, as well as a strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability in a dynamic and demanding environment.
