Are you eager to develop professionally in the legal and financial world? **THIS IS YOUR OPPORTUNITY!** At Soluciona Mi Deuda, we are looking for an active, motivated individual with an interest in professional development within the financial world, to join our Finance Department as a Finance Administrator. **What will you do?** * Elaboration and tracking of the **cash flow** of the various companies within the corporate group. * **Invoice accounting** for customers and suppliers of the group in **Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central**. * **Reconciliation of customer payments**. * Accounting for **Treasury** and monitoring of banking transactions. * Recording of **accounting entries in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central**. * Preparation, organization, and review of **accounting documentation**. * Support in the **monthly financial closings** of the finance department. REQUIREMENTS * Education in **Administration, Accounting, Finance**, or related fields. * Prior experience of **1–2 years** in administrative or accounting roles. * Basic accounting knowledge and ability to handle journal entries. * Proficiency in **Excel** and office productivity tools. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines. * Proactivity and teamwork skills. * **Preferred:** prior experience with **Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central**. **What do we offer?** * Permanent contract. * Full-time schedule: Monday–Thursday 9:00–18:30, Friday 9:00–15:00. * Positive work environment and career development plan. * Flexible compensation. * Training programs. * 23 days of paid vacation
