Factory Operator

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible operator to supervise equipment, load raw materials, and maintain order in the production plant of innovative cleaning products. We create waste-free, easy-to-use products with ingredients that are good for both skin and the planet. Our flagship product is a laundry detergent in the form of biodegradable strips that dissolve in the washing machine. We are pioneers in Europe in manufacturing and marketing cleaning products in strip format. We are looking to hire an operator for a fixed night or afternoon shift at our plant located in Taradell. What We Are Looking For * A stable, responsible, and reliable individual. * Own vehicle (car or motorcycle) is mandatory. * Positive attitude, willing to work and learn. * Good physical condition for operational or moderately physical tasks such as lifting loads. * Commitment to the company and to the team. * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team. * Proactive, organized, and respectful of rules. * Ability to follow instructions and procedures. Reporting to the Operations Manager, your main responsibilities would include: * Supervising production process equipment and machinery (dryers, mixers, cutters). * Loading raw materials and monitoring basic process parameters (temperature, timing, levels). * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area. * Strictly adhering to industrial safety and hygiene regulations. * Reporting deviations, malfunctions, or abnormal situations to the supervisor. * Assisting with general plant tasks as needed. * Participating in internal training sessions and learning new processes or roles.
