Dynamic, autonomous work with a positive working environment Job Description: A leading national surveying company is looking for an HR Manager, with priority given to HR management and recruitment responsibilities, to comprehensively handle labor processes, documentation, and coordination with employees, external advisory services, management, and site teams. The role will focus primarily on personnel selection, labor management, and document compliance; knowledge of administration and accounting is considered an advantage. Main Responsibilities: 1\. HR and Recruitment Management (Priority) Actively sourcing candidates for various positions. Coordinating interviews, selection, and onboarding. Maintaining continuous communication with external labor advisory services regarding employee registrations, terminations, contracts, and modifications. Planning staffing needs according to projects. 2\. Labor Documentation and Administrative Management Reviewing pay slips, validating and signing labor documentation. Managing contracts, leave permits, certificates, occupational health and safety (PRL) documents, and medical examinations. Requesting and tracking documentation required for site access. Uploading and maintaining documentation on site-access platforms. 3\. Site Coordination Platforms Registering the company and workers on new Corporate Activity Coordination (CAE) platforms. Updating documentation monthly on these platforms. Resolving documentation-related issues affecting site access. 4\. Occupational Risk Prevention and Training Coordinating with external Prevention Services. Tracking mandatory training courses and medical examinations. Verifying staff fitness for site access. 5\. Internal Coordination and Site Liaison Direct communication with Site Managers and Management. Submitting and validating documentation for certifications. Monitoring and resolving labor- and documentation-related incidents. 6\. Accommodation Management Sourcing and negotiating accommodations for displaced workers. Organizing stays. Optimizing costs versus hotel alternatives. Requirements: Education in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology, Administration, or related fields. Proven experience in HR management and recruitment. Knowledge of labor processes and document management. Professional-level English (minimum B2). Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in office software and digital platforms. Preferred Qualifications: Basic knowledge of administration and accounting.
