Dynamic, autonomous work and a positive working environment Job Description: A leading national surveying company is seeking an HR Manager, with priority given to HR management and recruitment responsibilities, to comprehensively manage labor, documentation, and coordination processes involving employees, external advisory services, management, and site teams. The role will focus primarily on personnel selection, labor management, and documentary compliance; knowledge of administration and accounting will be considered an advantage. Main Responsibilities: 1. HR and Recruitment Management (priority) Proactive candidate sourcing for various positions. Coordination of interviews, selection, and onboarding. Ongoing communication with external labor advisory services regarding registrations, deregistrations, contracts, and modifications. Workforce planning aligned with project requirements. 2. Labor Documentation and Administrative Management Review of payroll slips; validation and signing of labor documentation. Management of contracts, leave permits, certificates, occupational health and safety (PRL) documents, and medical examinations. Requesting and tracking documentation required for site access. Uploading and maintaining documentation on site-access platforms. 3. Site Coordination Platforms Registering the company and workers on new Corporate Activity Coordination (CAE) platforms. Monthly updating of documentation on these platforms. Resolving documentation-related incidents affecting site access. 4. Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and Training Coordination with external prevention services. Tracking mandatory training courses and medical examinations. Verifying staff fitness for site access. 5. Internal Coordination and Site Liaison Direct communication with Site Managers and senior management. Submission and validation of documentation for certifications. Monitoring and resolving labor- and documentation-related incidents. 6. Accommodation Management Sourcing and negotiating accommodations for relocated workers. Organizing stays. Cost optimization versus hotel alternatives. Requirements: Degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology, Administration, or related field. Proven experience in HR management and recruitment. Knowledge of labor processes and documentation management. Professional-level English (minimum B2). Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in office software and digital platforms. Preferred Qualifications: Basic knowledge of administration and accounting. Experience with CAE platforms and site coordination.
