




Position Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant for customer service, document management, electronic records, and handling digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer service and front desk management. 2. Document management and electronic records. 3. Handling digital platforms and administrative procedures. The administrative assistant will perform customer service tasks, such as managing the front desk and answering telephone calls. Responsibilities also include document management: filing and classifying documents, maintaining electronic records, entering and updating data in computer systems, processing orders, monitoring office supplies, handling administrative documentation, and operating digital platforms. A medium-level qualification in Administration is required. This is a temporary contract for six months, with part-time hours from Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM. Salary will be discussed during the interview.
