Solar Field Operator

#### **Job Characteristics** * Strong knowledge in mechanical maintenance management. * Valuable knowledge of asset management systems (CMMS). * Valuable knowledge of Six Sigma methodology and quality tools. * Valuable knowledge of thermosolar technology. Knowledge in the strict application of safety procedures. Accustomed to working with discharge processes. * Desirable knowledge and experience in all types of technical work in production plants such as: maintenance and production, solar field and power block. Torre de Miguel Sesmero #### **Your Profile** We are looking for someone interested in renewable energy, for the position of solar field operator, shift work. #### **Requirements** Essential: Vocational Training degree in mechanical or mechatronic specialization, or similar Engineering #### **Competencies** * Conflict management, tolerance to pressure, teamwork, organization and planning, decision making, goal orientation, commitment to excellence, focus on continuous improvement, and analytical problem solving. * Accustomed to the implementation, continuous improvement, and regular use of standardized O&M procedures. Focus on ensuring safety of people, environmental protection, and guaranteeing plant reliability and equipment performance. * Flexibility and learning ability, along with capability to handle technical documentation. #### **Responsibilities** Under the supervision of the panel operator and shift supervisor, you will be responsible for the following functions: * Supervise and operate the thermosolar plant and PPTA equipment safely, following established procedures. * Inspections and supervision of the solar field. * Operation of field equipment, performing necessary local maneuvers on equipment and systems either manually or remotely, executing discharges according to required conditions and lifting them accordingly. * Conducting rounds, monitoring, and reporting operational conditions of equipment, informing about deviations, anomalies, or failures. * Performing routine preventive maintenance tasks and supporting maintenance personnel in more complex activities. * Being part of the emergency response team and participating in scheduled drills and exercises. * Driving and operating vehicles and machinery provided by the company. #### **Who We Are** Solclef is an energy asset operator company, currently fully focused on renewable generation.
