Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and responsible Maintenance Manager for a hotel chain, with experience in repairing and supervising essential systems. Key Responsibilities: 1. Diagnose and resolve technical faults We require a Maintenance Manager for a prominent hotel chain in southern Tenerife. The position involves providing support for repairs and general maintenance of the hotel’s facilities. Responsibilities include supervising the proper operation of essential systems such as electricity, plumbing, hydraulic systems, air conditioning, elevators, boilers, swimming pools, and fire prevention equipment. The role also entails diagnosing and resolving all types of technical faults, as well as ensuring the correct startup and shutdown of all equipment. Working hours will be full-time, 8 hours per day from Monday to Sunday. The scheduled shift is from 08:00 to 16:00, including legally mandated breaks. * Minimum 3 months’ experience in a position identical or similar to the one described. * We seek a dynamic and responsible individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. * Possession of driving license category B and personal vehicle for commuting to work is desirable. GM/GS in maintenance, electricity, air conditioning or related fields.
