Currently, we are seeking a Manager for the healthcare team at our Comprehensive Reception Center located in Mérida (Badajoz). Main responsibilities will be: * Organization and coordination of healthcare services * Scheduling vacations and AAPP for the service * Coordination with Public Health when necessary * Coordination with MAP when necessary * Coordination with coordinators from other services within the facility * Additional tasks arising during workday: inventory management, warehouse orders, pharmacy deliveries, etc. We offer: * Full-time schedule from 10:30 to 18:00h (Mon\-Fri) Indefinite contract. * **Profile:** * Degree in Nursing * Experience in organizing and coordinating teams * Experience in healthcare delivery within social emergency contexts * Experience in basic healthcare assistance: wound care, medication monitoring, etc. * Experience in identifying and assessing the need for intervention by other healthcare resources * Knowledge of migration issues and international protection * Organizational skills and ability to work in a team * Proficient use of Word, Excel and other computer applications * Languages (advanced level in at least one of the following): English, French, Arabic **Competencies:** Problem analysis and resolution, Initiative and autonomy, Ability to lead initiatives, Organization and planning, Interpersonal communication, Teamwork **Level:** Mid-level management **Contract Type:** Full-time **Duration:** Indefinite **Salary:** Between 24\.001 and 30\.000 € gross/year **Minimum Education Level:** Diploma **Minimum Experience:** At least 1 year **Start Date:** 23/09/2025 **Number of Vacancies:** 1
