#### **Job Characteristics** Responsible for remote plant operation from the control room, managing SCADA systems, alarms, and critical process maneuvers. #### **Work Mode** On-site #### **Department** Operations #### **Work Center** Extresol #### **Requirements** **Required Education:** Higher vocational training or technical engineering in electricity, electronics, energy, or automation. **Required Experience:** -------------------------- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a plant or control operator in industrial facilities, preferably in the energy sector.#### **Responsibilities** **Main Functions:** -------------------------- * Monitor plant operations in real time using distributed control systems. * Detect parameter deviations and apply immediate corrective actions. * Execute control maneuvers according to standardized operating procedures (SOPs). * Coordinate field personnel to carry out combined tasks or resolve incidents. * Record all operational events, alarms, and maneuvers in shift reports. * Actively participate in startup, shutdown, and state transition operations. * Apply and enforce safety, environmental, and energy efficiency policies from the control room. #### **Who We Are?** Solclef is an energy asset operator company, currently fully focused on renewable generation.
