Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Machine Operator to supervise, maintain, and clean industrial machinery, monitor production parameters, and report incidents. Key Responsibilities: 1. Detection and reporting of incidents Staff is required for the position of Production Machine Operator in the Guareña area, Badajoz. Duties include operating and supervising industrial machinery, monitoring production parameters, performing basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment. Additionally, the role involves detecting and reporting incidents, always complying with established safety and hygiene regulations. A Medium or Higher Vocational Training qualification in Electricity and Electronics—or an equivalent qualification—is required, along with at least one year of prior experience in a similar role. Knowledge of mechanics, electricity, or automation will be valued, as will residence near the workplace and a proactive, dynamic attitude. The contract will be temporary, initially for 6 months, extendable by another 6 months, with potential conversion to an indefinite-term contract. Full-time employment with rotating shifts—morning, afternoon, and night—is envisaged. Salary will comply with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
