Job Description The Parking Agent is responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of a parking facility by interacting with customers, managing vehicle and customer traffic flow, providing parking assistance, and ensuring compliance with parking rules and regulations. **Responsibilities** * Customer Service: + Deliver high-quality service by addressing customer needs + Provide necessary information regarding products or applicable rates * Parking Management: + Manage internal vehicle and pedestrian traffic flow + Supervise and coordinate vehicle entries and exits + Control and regulate traffic to maintain orderly and safe circulation + Manage ticket collection and validation, commercial service and product billing + Perform cash handling, ATM operations, settlements and reconciliations, as well as delivery, custody, and deposit of collected revenues * Commercial Management: + Execute commercial initiatives and sell company products and services according to customer needs * Parking Maintenance: + Maintain equipment and facilities in optimal working condition, including cleaning, organization, and maintenance + Keep ticket booths, cash registers, and ATMs in good working order * Information and Reporting: + Report any equipment malfunctions, security system failures, or infrastructure issues within the parking facility + Collect, assess, and validate tickets; collect various service fees; verify and reconcile cash registers and ATMs; perform settlements and reconciliations; deliver, safeguard, and deposit collected revenues * Problem and Emergency Resolution: + Handle conflictual or emergency situations, such as vehicle accidents, disputes, or security issues + Coordinate with relevant authorities—including police or emergency services—as required **Knowledge and Skills** * Customer orientation and service * Effective communication * Commercial skills * Teamwork **Requirements** * **Minimum Education \-** Vocational Training (Intermediate Level) or High School Diploma * **Minimum Experience \-** At least 1 year of experience in sales and customer service * **Preferred Residence \-** City where the position is located or surrounding areas (maximum distance: 10 km) * **Required Languages** Spanish – Native or Bilingual (may vary depending on the Autonomous Community) * English or French – Basic **Technical Knowledge** * Proficiency in office software (user level) * Sales skills * Teamwork * Incident resolution * Desirable: basic maintenance and repair knowledge * Contract Start Date: 30\-03\-2026 * Contract Duration: 06\-04\-2026 \- One week If you want to join a growing company undergoing digital and cultural transformation, this is your moment.
