Accredited professional training in cooking We are looking for a kitchen assistant for Guareña (Badajoz). Main responsibilities include assisting in food preparation—such as washing, cutting, and mise en place of ingredients—as well as maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen area, including dishware and utensils. The candidate will closely collaborate with the chef and cook. Candidates must hold accredited professional training in cooking, either in the hospitality or restaurant sector. Teamwork ability is essential, along with completion of specific cooking courses that provide practical knowledge. This position offers a 1-year contract with full-time hours. The schedule is night shift, from 20:30 to 03:30\. Salary will comply with the applicable collective bargaining agreement. The workplace is located in Guareña, including participation in trade fairs.
