Job Summary: We are seeking a professionally trained kitchen assistant to support food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and collaborate with the chef. Key Highlights: 1. Requires professional training in cooking and teamwork We are looking for a kitchen assistant for Guareña (Badajoz). Main responsibilities include assisting in food preparation, handling washing, cutting, and mise en place of ingredients. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen area, as well as dishwashing and utensil maintenance. Close collaboration with the chef and cook is required. Applicants must possess accredited professional training in cooking, either in the hospitality or restaurant sector. Teamwork skills are essential, and completion of specific practical cooking courses is highly valued. This position offers a 1-year contract with full-time hours. The working schedule is night shift, from 20:30 to 3:30\. Salary will comply with the applicable collective bargaining agreement. The workplace is located in Guareña, including participation in trade fairs.
