Your Role at Iberia In the blade workshop, TMAs perform nearly all aspects of aerodynamic-profile component repair for turbine engines. To achieve this, the section incorporates—almost self-sufficiently—many workshop techniques found in other sections of the workshop, but specifically applied to blade repair. Your Challenges: * Visual/dimensional inspection of aerodynamic profiles * Automated detailed dimensional inspection using CMM * Damage assessment and classification * Manual surface polishing * Vibro-polishing * Degreasing cleaning of blades * Application of anti-erosion coatings * Automated welding re-build of aerodynamic profiles * Automated precision machining * Non-destructive testing via FPI Your Responsibilities: * Strict adherence to repair instructions and procedures * Compliance with applicable standards and procedures for workshop activities * Proper use and care of tools provided * Use and preparation of consumable products required for processes * Adherence to housekeeping and cleanliness standards * Compliance with occupational safety regulations applicable to your activities Your Qualifications: Education * Intermediate or advanced vocational training in fields related to mechanical manufacturing or Aircraft Structural Assembly or Machining or Welding and Sheet Metal Work or Material and Polymer Molding Forming or Automation Experience . Experience in any activity related to the indicated vocational specializations * Industrial experience in machining, quality control in manufacturing, and PLC programming will be especially valued * Any experience in aerospace maintenance will be valued, particularly in engines or components. * Proficiency and familiarity with computer tools * Familiarity with Office365\.
