Installation, configuration, and repair of computer equipment We are seeking a technician to provide customer support, primarily to schools and companies, in the Moratalaz area. Main responsibilities include work order management and fault tracking, as well as on-site technical assistance to resolve software, hardware, and network issues. The role also involves installation, configuration, and repair of computer equipment and peripherals, as well as setup of new equipment and component upgrades. Experience with Office 365 and Google Workspace administration and management, as well as telephone technical support, is required. A temporary contract with potential conversion to permanent employment is offered, full-time working hours, and an annual gross salary between 20\.000 and 23\.000 euros. A vocational qualification in Microcomputer Systems and Networks (FP) and at least 1 year of relevant experience are mandatory. A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are considered advantageous.
