You define us—you make SGS. **Job Description** We are recruiting a **Certification Audit Planning Administrator** for our Barcelona team. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Scheduling visits between auditors and end clients, agreeing with both parties on the dates for conducting audit activities * Assigning auditors * Sending information * Entering information into software applications * Resolving incidents related to visit planning, involving both clients and auditors * Managing auditor travel arrangements * Handling planning-related incidents **Requirements** Required qualifications: * Higher Education Degree in Administration or related field * Additional training in Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems will be valued. * Experience in similar roles within operational/service planning processes and customer service. * English proficiency at B2 level and advanced Catalan proficiency.
