Position Summary: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Budget Support Administrator responsible for preparing cost comparisons, coordinating with departments, and managing documentation. Opportunities for improvement in budgeting and cost control. Budget Support Administrator position located in Cambados. An organized and detail-oriented individual is required to manage the following responsibilities. The candidate will be responsible for preparing cost comparisons, analyzing differences against previous budgets. They will maintain close coordination with production, purchasing, and sales departments to confirm pricing and assess the feasibility of various projects. They will handle registration, filing, and up-to-date maintenance of all budget-related documentation, as well as review calculations of unit and total costs—including materials, labor, and subcontracting. Additionally, they will provide support in planning and controlling production area expenses. The ability to identify opportunities for improvement in budgeting and cost control processes—as well as other duties inherent to the position—will be highly valued. Full-time schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, morning shift, with corresponding statutory breaks. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within packaging, containers, metal, and/or canned food industries. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or similar software. * We seek an analytical and dynamic individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. * Personal vehicle for commuting to the workplace. GM/GSS degree in Administration and Finance or related field.
