




Job Summary: We are seeking a Compensation (Payroll) Assistant to oversee payroll processes and contribute to the operational management of the department with a focus on continuous improvement. We are looking for a Compensation (Payroll) Assistant responsible for ensuring compliance with payroll processes and contributing to the development of the department’s operational management, grounded in professional expertise that enables improved information analysis and continuous process enhancement. Education: Technical or Technological degree in Accounting, Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields; or currently enrolled in final semesters. Knowledge: - Payroll calculation, settlement, and management of overtime and supplementary hours, including surcharges and schedule variations. - Labor legislation (social benefits, overtime, surcharges, social security, etc.). - Proficiency in office software tools. - Payroll generation. - Regulations governing the social security payment system. - Enrollment in EPS (Health Promotion Entities), ARL (Labor Risk Administrators), and Pension Funds. - Experience using SIESA Payroll Web or Hehinson. Experience: Minimum 2 years in the role. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract with extra-legal benefits.
