If you possess solid training in Occupational Risk Prevention and proven experience managing HSE in construction environments, we invite you to become part of our commitment to safety and operational excellence. **About the Position:** You will be responsible for leading and supervising all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)-related activities on the project. Your role will be essential in ensuring compliance with current regulations, implementing best practices, and promoting a proactive safety culture among all stakeholders. **Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:** * **Coordination of Business Activities:** Ensure proper coordination among various companies and workers present at the worksite, minimizing risks and optimizing safety. * **Review and Development of Procedures:** Develop, review, and update safe work procedures, health and safety plans, and other technical documentation required for HSE management. * **Work Permits:** Manage and supervise the work permit system for specific activities, ensuring all preventive measures are implemented before commencement. * **Document Management Platforms:** Operate and administer document management platforms such as CAE and Metacontratas, ensuring traceability and control of subcontractor and worker documentation. * **Operational Control:** Conduct periodic safety inspections, safety walks, and internal audits to identify and correct unsafe conditions or acts. * **Management System:** Contribute to the maintenance and continuous improvement of the HSE Management System, including updating procedures, forms, and records. * **Training Delivery:** Design and deliver HSE training to project personnel, tailoring content to specific needs and ensuring understanding and application of concepts. * **Management and Leadership:** Foster a collaborative and safe working environment, lead teams, and actively promote HSE culture across all organizational levels. **What We Are Looking For:** * **Advanced Education:** Master’s degree in Occupational Risk Prevention. * **Technical Education:** Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mining Engineering, or a related field. * **Specialization:** Specialized course in Safety and Health Coordination. * **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar roles, with strong focus on construction projects. * **Knowledge:** Solid knowledge of HSE legislation, construction regulations, and document management systems. * **Skills:** Proven ability to manage and lead teams, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience managing personnel and teams on large-scale projects. * Familiarity with innovative tools and methodologies in HSE. * Experience in the mining or energy industry. **Why Join Eosol Group?** At Eosol Group, we value talent and invest in our employees’ professional development.
