




Job Summary: Customer advisor to address client needs, generate direct sales and opportunities, and provide administrative support in the office. Key Highlights: 1. Incident management and compliance with institutional principles. **CUSTOMER ADVISOR** **Location: Málaga.** **Contract Type:** **TEMPORARY** **Working Hours:** 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. **Job Description:** * Address customer needs and generate sales opportunities (direct sales, customer retention, reactivation, etc.) through direct contact with office customers and use of loyalty tools (Te Cuidamos). * Provide administrative support to the Office Director and Commercial Technicians to increase office efficiency. * Execute telephone commercial actions aimed at reactivating former customers or cancelled policies. * Attend potential customers visiting the office seeking information, to identify possible insurance needs. * Process incidents affecting the insurance policies of portfolio customers, improve customer retention levels, and generate new opportunities. * Commercial tasks derived from the SGC (Quality Management System). * Comply with MAPFRE Group’s institutional and organizational principles. **Requirements** * **Required Knowledge** + Teamwork + Direct sales + Customer retention + Insurance + Customer orientation + Commercial skills + Sales * **Desirable Requirements** Initiative Results orientation Commitment.
