We employ over 80 people and operate from Riba\-roja de Túria (Valencia), with strategic partnerships with renowned brands such as Juan Valdez Café, Pilsen, Malta India, and our own brands Coéxito, La Comadre, and Canoa. **Our values:** Respect, Commitment, Progress, and Transparency. ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** We are looking for an **Accounting Analyst** to ensure the company’s accurate accounting and tax management, guaranteeing regulatory compliance, the accuracy of financial records, and support for strategic decision-making. You will be a key member of the finance department, contributing to the efficiency of accounting processes and the integrity of financial information. **Location:** Riba\-roja de Túria, Valencia **Contract type:** Permanent **Working hours:** Full-time **Reports to:** Head of Administration and Finance ### **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform and supervise daily accounting entries accurately and in compliance with regulations * Manage tax settlements: Forms 303, 349, and other tax forms * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports * Analyze and reconcile accounting accounts * Enter supplier invoices into the SAP system * Provide support during the monthly accounting closing process * Collaborate in preparing budgets and financial forecasts * Maintain up-to-date accounting and financial documentation * Identify and propose improvements to accounting processes * Ensure compliance with current accounting and tax legislation ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE** * University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar accounting role * Solid knowledge of Spanish accounting and tax legislation **TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE** * Advanced proficiency in SAP (mandatory) * Expertise in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data analysis) * Knowledge of Spanish accounting standards (General Accounting Plan) * Experience in VAT and other tax settlements * Familiarity with accounting closing processes * Valid driving license (category B) (mandatory) **KEY COMPETENCIES** * Commitment to professional ethics and confidentiality of information * Honesty and integrity in handling financial data * Analytical ability and attention to detail * Proactivity in anticipating issues and implementing preventive measures * Ability to work collaboratively in teams and across departments * Organizational skills and efficient time management * Orientation toward continuous process improvement ### **WHAT WE OFFER** **Contract and conditions:** * Permanent contract * Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and responsibilities **Professional development:** * Dynamic, professional, and multicultural work environment * Continuous training on accounting and tax regulations * Opportunities for growth within the finance department * Integration into an established and growing company **Work environment:** * Professional and collaborative team * Family-owned company with over 22 years of history * Organizational culture based on Respect, Commitment, Progress, and Transparency *Jota Jota Foods is an equal opportunity employer.
