We work with passion and dedication to drive a more sustainable future. **What are we looking for?** ------------------ A **Construction Site Manager** who has the ability to: **Planning and organization:** **Worksite organization:** Coordinate and organize workspaces, storage areas, maneuvering, loading and unloading, etc. **Schedule control:** Take necessary measures to ensure the project timeline is met, supervising progress and proposing solutions to any issues that may cause delays. **2\. Technical and quality supervision:** **Execution supervision:** Control and verify on-site the correct execution of works (especially civil and mechanical works) **Quality control:** Inspect and verify that processes and results meet the technical specifications and quality standards established in the project. **Interpretation of drawings:** Ensure that the work team correctly understands and applies technical drawings and schematics. **Technical advisory:** Provide technical support and guidance to contractors during installation. **3\. Occupational health and safety:** **Regulatory compliance:** Ensure strict adherence to occupational risk prevention regulations and the site's health and safety plan. **PPE supervision:** Verify that workers properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) and that it is in good condition. **Safety inspections:** Conduct periodic inspections to identify and correct potential workplace hazards. **4\. Contractor management:** **Team coordination:** Lead and coordinate subcontractors to ensure smooth and efficient collaboration. **Contractor oversight:** Carry out thorough monitoring of measurements and progress of work performed by contractors. **5\.
