We are currently seeking individuals to join our **olive mill located in Mérida**, who wish to become part of a dynamic and committed team. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Receiving and inspecting olives. * Operating and supervising olive mill machinery. * Supporting various stages of the olive oil production process. * Cleaning and performing basic maintenance of facilities and equipment. * Complying with quality, safety, and occupational risk prevention regulations. **What are we looking for?** * Responsible, committed individuals capable of working effectively in a team. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Prior experience in olive mills, the agri-food industry, or industrial environments will be valued. * A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn. * Residency near Mérida. * A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are mandatory. **What do we offer?** * Employment with an established company in the olive oil sector. * **Rotating shifts of 4 days of work followed by 4 days of rest**, promoting work-life balance and recovery between cycles. * Initial training to facilitate integration into the role. * A positive working environment and the opportunity to gain experience with a leading company in the sector.
