




Job Summary: We are seeking a Dispatch Area Manager for the Extremadura delegation to manage the dispatch and transportation process, lead the team, and optimize warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages and controls the dispatch and transportation process. 2. Leads and develops a team in the dispatch area. 3. Optimizes warehouse operations in terms of quality, stock, and safety. At Dia, we aim to incorporate a ***Dispatch Area Manager*** at the Extremadura delegation***.*** The selected candidate will join the ***Warehouse*** team with the objective of contributing to optimal service delivery to the store network through efficient merchandise delivery within the scheduled time slot, management of the dispatch team and external transporters, thereby supporting customer satisfaction, company profitability, and maximum quality**.** Their ***responsibilities*** will be: * **Manage and control the dispatch and transportation process by defining priorities.** * **Optimize truck loading.** * **Ensure, supervise, and control correct order loading.** * **Guarantee traceability of cargo and cold chain through documentation, seals, and GPS tools.** * **Manage transportation incidents and store claims.** * **Control proper reverse logistics management and its optimization.** * **Supervise, coordinate, and develop the dispatch area team.** * **KPI management and monitoring.** * **Ensure efficient warehouse operations and optimization regarding quality, stock, location, cleanliness, product preservation, facility and equipment maintenance, as well as safety and occupational risk prevention.** ***Requirements:*** * **Vocational Training Level 2 (FP2) \+ specialized training in logistics/warehousing** **FP2 in Transport and Logistics is desirable** * **3 years coordinating logistics operations teams (warehouse production)** * Please include your updated employment information.
