We are seeking a highly qualified and dedicated PCI Systems Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the maintenance of Fire Protection Systems (PCI), ensuring compliance with RIPCI regulations, optimizing resources, and leading the technical team. **Responsibilities:** - Plan and supervise maintenance and repair activities for PCI systems. - Coordinate and assign tasks to the technical team. - Verify compliance with RIPCI, PRL, and internal procedures. - Optimize resources, tools, and working time. - Manage incidents, advise on improvements, and ensure customer satisfaction. - Validate technical reports and inspection/maintenance records. - Ensure QEHS standards and group quality requirements. - Promote the technical training of the team. **Requirements:** Required education: Technical Engineering or equivalent. Training in RIPCI regulations. Intermediate-level PRL certification (300 hours). Driver's license category B. **Required Experience:** Minimum 3 years in PCI system maintenance/installation. Experience supervising technical teams. **Required Knowledge:** RIPCI and PRL regulations. PCI systems. Team management, planning, and Microsoft Office proficiency. **Competencies:** Leadership. Planning and organization. Results orientation. Communication and customer orientation. Problem solving.
