DESCRIPTION **Job Description** -------------------------- At ARTIEM Audax, we are looking for a **Kitchen Assistant** with at least 2 years of experience in the food service industry, especially in à la carte and buffet services. As part of the ARTIEM Audax team, your main responsibilities as a kitchen assistant will include: * **Food Preparation:** Assist in preparing dishes following the chef's instructions. This involves culinary techniques and proper handling of ingredients. * **Kitchen Maintenance:** Ensure the workspace is hygienic and safe by adhering to health and cleanliness regulations. This includes proper organization of utensils and regular cleaning of surfaces. * **Team Collaboration:** Ensure efficient and high-quality service. Effective communication and teamwork are essential. * **Support in Buffet and À La Carte Services:** Assist in the preparation and presentation of dishes served in the buffet and à la carte, ensuring high presentation standards. * **Compliance with Regulations:** Ensure all kitchen activities comply with food safety and health maintenance regulations. **Requirements** -------------- To succeed in this role, we are seeking a candidate who meets the following requirements: * **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience as a kitchen assistant in food service environments, preferably with experience in buffet and à la carte services. * **Positive Attitude:** A proactive and positive approach to working in a demanding environment while consistently maintaining work quality. * **Teamwork:** Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively, supporting colleagues at all times. * **Organization and Proactivity:** Ability to organize tasks, manage time effectively, and quickly adapt to new situations. ### **What We Offer?** * A work environment where you will value **creativity** and **innovation**.
