Catalonia Hotels \& Resorts is looking for a young professional to join as Maître at the MIRADOR DES PORT hotel located in Mahón (Menorca). Key responsibilities include: • Leading, planning, and executing all activities within the assigned area. • Ensuring high-quality, professional, and efficient service to guests. • Knowledge of and advice on food and wine menu offerings. • Welcoming, escorting, and assigning tables to guests. • Gathering feedback on guest satisfaction during service. • Supervising setup and restocking for meeting rooms and other events. • Maintaining restaurant/bar areas in perfect condition. ### **Requirements** REQUIREMENTS • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a waiter/waitress in events and à la carte service. • Advanced English \+ Other languages are an asset. • Outgoing personality, strong customer service orientation, and professional appearance. Dynamic and organized individual. • Customer-focused attitude and positive mindset. • Leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a team. • Education in hospitality. • Willingness to reside on the island of Menorca.
