We are currently seeking to hire a Maintenance Engineer in Asturias: **What will you do?** * Coordinate and supervise proper maintenance execution, including allocation of material resources, machinery, and personnel, while overseeing compliance with Occupational Health and Safety, Quality, and Environmental measures. * Monitor the time-based planning of various maintenance contracts. * Ensure implementation and compliance with prevention and safety standards, in collaboration with the Prevention Technician, to guarantee execution of the occupational health and safety plan. * Supervise the work team—including both direct company staff and subcontractors—to ensure achievement of objectives. * Collaborate with the Human Resources Department on potential staffing requests, disciplinary procedures, or any other actions involving this department. * Monitor supplier material deliveries and properly manage stockpiles to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery while avoiding overstocking, thereby maintaining the project’s financial balance. * Provide support on projects or tasks requiring your involvement, ensuring their completion in terms of quality and schedule.
