Stable position (summer season) INSOTEL HOTEL GROUP is a well-known hotel chain in the Balearic Islands undergoing active expansion. Your primary role within the company will be to support the execution of repairs, maintenance, and preservation of all facilities, infrastructure, and materials comprising the establishment, adhering to established regulations and quality and efficiency standards, under the supervision of the Head of Engineering and Deputy Head of Engineering. Your main responsibilities will include: * Supporting the inspection and maintenance of equipment and facilities, ensuring compliance with current legal regulations. * Reporting meter readings and recording consumption data. * Completing preventive maintenance logs. * Reporting equipment or facility malfunctions to the Technical Department at headquarters. * Promptly and effectively resolving issues reported by guests. * Resolving malfunctions detected and reported by other departments. * Conducting inventory and control of tools, equipment, materials, and spare parts. * Performing other basic departmental tasks. * In return for your commitment, we offer: * Excellent work environment. * Competitive salary. * Stable position (summer season) with real opportunities for professional development. * Education: Compulsory Secondary Education, Medium-level Vocational Training, or specific training as a plumber, electrician, carpenter, etc. * Experience: AT LEAST 2 YEARS performing SSTT assistant duties and knowledge of painting. * Basic English proficiency (A1\) is desirable; other languages (German, Italian, etc.) are considered an advantage. * Availability to work rotating shifts.
