Job Description Mission: Collaborate and support projects carried out by your unit/department, in accordance with guidelines provided by your supervisor, to execute delegated tasks required to meet project needs. You are responsible for event development. Tasks include: preparing all events, scheduling, coordinating with clients, production, and presentations. Responsibilities: * Identify and monitor relevant public tender opportunities for the agency’s services. * Analyze technical and administrative tender documents, identifying requirements, risks, and key award criteria. * Coordinate internally with creativity, production, finance, and management departments to consolidate required information. * Draft and structure technical proposals, descriptive reports, presentations, and supplementary documentation. * Prepare economic-financial budgets compliant with tender specifications. * Manage registration and submission of documentation on public procurement platforms. * Track submitted proposals and manage clarifications and corrections. * Maintain up-to-date legal, tax, and administrative documentation required to participate in tenders. * Establish and improve methodologies to increase award probability. * Analyze outcomes of previous tenders to identify improvements. Requirements: * Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in public tenders. * Solid knowledge of national public procurement platforms and regulatory frameworks (e.g., LCSP or equivalent regulations per country). * Strong technical and narrative writing skills. * Ability to manage projects with multiple deliverables and strict deadlines. * Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and results orientation. * Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. * Experience in B2B and B2C projects. * Experience preparing PowerPoint presentations, Excel budgets, and negotiating with suppliers and clients. * Ability to work effectively in teams and under pressure to meet objectives for assigned accounts. * Willingness to travel. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. * High-level English proficiency—and additional languages—will be highly valued.
