Position Summary: This position involves pedagogical and educational intervention with users of an educational center, participating in the development and implementation of intervention plans. Key Points: 1. Pedagogical and educational intervention with minors. 2. Training as a social educator with high motivation for work. 3. Participation in the development and implementation of educational plans. **Minimum Requirements:** ----------------------- Diploma and/or Bachelor’s Degree in Social Education and/or official qualification as a social educator. Proficiency in both intellectual and manual strategies required for the position. Ability to serve as a behavioral role model for minors. Certificate of absence of sexual offenses. High motivation for educational work with minors. Strong capacity for learning. Persuasive and influential. **Desired Requirements:** ------------------------ Relevant experience in educational settings is valued. Perseverance and tenacity. Integrity and honesty. Enthusiastic, committed, and other-oriented. **Work Position:** ---------------------- As part of the center’s Educational Team, the candidate will carry out pedagogical and educational intervention tasks with the center’s users. Collaborate with technical staff, under the supervision of management, in studying and developing each individual’s or group’s intervention plan. Specifically implement this intervention plan within the center’s educational project. **Contract Type:** --------------------- * Temporary replacement **Working Hours:** ------------ * Full-time **Working Schedule:** -------------------- 37\.5 hours per week. **Minimum Educational Qualifications:** --------------------- * Social Education **Conditions:** ---------------- Salary according to collective agreement.
