The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals for large groups, ensuring food quality and safety at all times. **We Offer:** * Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. * Schedule: Rotating shift from Monday to Sunday; days off according to the roster. * Salary according to the collective catering agreement. * Substitute contract for vacation coverage. * Opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic team. * Being part of a leading company that values and rewards the effort and dedication of its employees: continuous training program, social benefits, professional development. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare dishes, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical specifications, and implement good practices. * Develop menus and adapted diets. * Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. * Supervise inventory of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – HACCP recordkeeping. * Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor the use of machinery, materials, and equipment. * Train new team members on cooking practices and company procedures.
