Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Performance Test Engineer to develop and implement a non-functional test automation system for an innovative application, leading technical improvement and reliability. Working with Python, C/C++, Bash in Linux environments and advanced CI/CD We are looking for an experienced candidate to join our technical team and become a key contributor to the development and enhancement of a new innovative application. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement from scratch a robust non-functional test automation system. This includes executing fundamental performance tests—such as low-latency and load testing—to ensure the application meets the highest levels of reliability and scalability under various conditions. You will also take ownership of technical development. You will write automation scripts using Python, C/C\+\+ and Bash, working within Linux systems. Your responsibilities will include identifying and resolving technical issues across all system components—from networking to code. Managing the continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) infrastructure using tools such as GitLab, Ansible, and ArgoCD, along with performance monitoring via Grafana, will be integral parts of your daily work. You will have the opportunity to work on a pioneering project from its inception, collaborating with a skilled technical team. Solid experience in performance test engineering is required, with at least 7 years in similar roles. Strong expertise in Linux environments and advanced programming proficiency in Python and C/C\+\+ are essential. You must possess strong analytical capabilities to identify and resolve complex issues in low-latency systems. Excellent English language skills (C1 level), both spoken and written, are mandatory. A university degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field is highly valued. Self-motivation and the ability to proactively overcome technical challenges are appreciated. The position offers an indefinite contract with full-time hours. Minimum 7 years’ experience as a Performance Test Engineer. Advanced proficiency in Linux environments. Demonstrable programming experience with Python, C/C\+\+ and Bash. Proven ability to identify and resolve technical bottlenecks in low-latency systems. English language proficiency at C1 level (spoken and written). University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or a related field.
