Join us in pursuing solutions for a sustainable future.** ACCIONA, within its Construction business, requires a Junior Industrial Engineer for a construction project at the future Madrid Justice City. **Job Description** The responsibilities associated with this position include: * **Planning and Construction Control:** Preparation of schedules and Gantt charts, monitoring of deadlines (critical path method), and daily/weekly progress reporting. * **Resource and Logistics Management:** Inventory control of materials, procurement requests, and coordination of crews and machinery to avoid construction stoppages. * **Cost and Budget Management:** Oversight of budget execution, invoice control, measurement of physical progress, and validation of subcontractor work. * **Quality and Safety (OHS):** Verification that construction complies with drawings and technical regulations, as well as ensuring use of PPE and adherence to safety standards. * **Technical and Administrative Support:** Liaison between field personnel and the technical office, resolution of minor technical queries, and documentary control of the project. * **Process Optimization:** Analysis of work methods to improve labor productivity and reduce waste. inesa | tech +5 **Candidate Requirements** **Requirements:** * Recently graduated Industrial Engineer. - 0–1 year of experience – Junior profile. - Language: English – B2 level. * Knowledge of project management and office software tools (Excel, MS Project). * Ability to work in teams and focus on efficiency. *We are a company that values diversity as a source of talent and therefore strive to foster an inclusive environment promoting respect, belonging, and commitment so that everyone can participate on equal terms.
