Potential for future promotion to Educator Position: Educational Technical Assistant The Educational Technical Assistant plays a fundamental role in accompanying, supporting, and supervising resident minors at the center, contributing to their holistic development, personal well-being, and educational process. Main Responsibilities: \- Accompany minors in their daily life within the center \- Support the implementation of educational, training, and socioeducational activities \- Promote the acquisition of coexistence habits, personal autonomy, and responsibility \- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team in implementing individual educational plans Requirements: \- Higher vocational training cycle in sociocultural and community services. \- At least 3 years of experience in similar programs and/or specific training of at least 300 hours in the field of social intervention \- Availability for immediate incorporation \- Valid driver's license required Conditions: \- Full-time position; salary according to collective agreement. \- Potential for future promotion to Educator \- Rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night, and weekends) \- Work location: La Guardia de Jaén (Jaén) \- Minor Protection Center for minors with behavioral issues Job Type: Full-time Salary: €1,200.00–€1,300.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
