Cross-functional coordination and support for budget management At **FALCÓN ELECTRÓNICA**, we are seeking an **Operations Engineering Manager** for our Electronic Design Unit **ELANG ENGINEERING**. What will be your mission? Ensure operational coordination, cross-functional control, and orderly execution of activities, acting as a support to the Director and guaranteeing project, resource, and daily operations monitoring, with the objective of improving efficiency, predictability, and quality of the department. Main Responsibilities * Operational coordination of projects. * Tracking milestones, progress, risks, and deviations. * Operational liaison with clients alongside the Director and Project Managers. * Coordination with other company departments (production, procurement, etc.) on projects and prototyping. * Support for budget management in coordination with the technical team and Project Managers. * Promote continuous improvement and compliance with internal quality and design processes. Profile We Are Seeking * Technical education: engineering. * Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering environments, technical projects, Project Management Office, or operations. * English proficiency level: B1\. * Organized profile with a holistic vision and prioritization capability. * Cross-functional coordination capability. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Data-, process-, and continuous improvement-oriented. Environment and Tools * Project management software (Jira or similar). * Power BI and/or analytical tools. * ERP * Microsoft Office environment Organizational Fit * Reports to the Engineering Unit Director. * Cross-functional collaboration with Project Managers and Engineering teams.
