




Position Summary: We are seeking an organized and proactive professional to provide support in the export back office, handling orders, documentation, and international logistics. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end management of orders and export documentation 2. Collaboration with logistics teams and transportation companies 3. Sales team support and incident management We seek an organized and proactive individual to support the export department, focusing on back-office tasks. Main responsibilities will include full management of export orders—from receipt through to final delivery. This includes data entry into the system and tracking each shipment, while maintaining smooth communication with our international customers, importers, and distributors to ensure seamless operations. You will be required to carefully prepare and review all necessary documentation for overseas shipments. This covers invoices, delivery notes, certificates, and any other paperwork required for goods to cross borders without issues. You will also work closely with logistics and warehouse teams, as well as transportation companies, to ensure timely deliveries and maximize supply chain efficiency. Additionally, you will provide general support to the export sales team. A core part of your role will be actively managing any incidents that may arise—such as delays or documentation issues—to keep operations running smoothly and ensure customer satisfaction. Finally, you will be responsible for keeping our customer databases and price lists up to date. **Required Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree or Higher Vocational Training qualification in International Trade, Administration, Business Administration (ADE), or a related field. Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in export back-office roles or international departments. Prior experience in the wine, food, or beverage sector is desirable. Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in English (C2 level), which is essential for performing the role. Knowledge of other languages—such as French or German—is considered a plus. IT Competencies: Proficiency in ERP software is required, specifically Expertis. Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
