As Systems Manager, you will lead the digital infrastructure upon which our business operates, as well as implement the Information Security Management Systems required — such as ISO 27001\. Our products include autonomous AI systems applied to the software development lifecycle (SDLC), especially for testing and legacy code translation, as well as SaaS-based AI Governance platforms focused on safe AI usage and compliance with the AI Act. You will have the opportunity to grow professionally by deploying AI systems into production, both in cloud and on\-prem environments, and by ensuring compliance with stringent security regulations in demanding markets — for example, the DORA regulation. Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Engineering will be valued. * Over 5 years’ experience as a Systems Administrator and in team management, with a strong focus on security, and experience deploying AI systems on\-prem and in the cloud — particularly within the Azure ecosystem. * Experience implementing and certifying security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR). * Knowledge of software product development or Cloud Engineering — especially in a Tech Lead role — will be considered a plus. * Proficiency in one or more commonly used high- and low-level programming languages (e.g., C/C\+\+, C\#, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, etc.). * Good command of English.
