We seek a rigorous Inventory Manager with strong interpersonal skills and leadership abilities to join our dynamic and expanding team. You will play a key role in managing and executing physical inventories for various clients—from logistics to discrepancy reporting—including team management and reporting to headquarters. **Job Responsibilities:** * **Conduct physical inventories for different clients**, applying the company's procedures and methodology. * **Lead and manage teams of 1 to 15 operators**, providing leadership, training, on-site support, and supervising their work during inventory operations. * Establish a **climate of trust with clients**, ensuring correct application of procedures. * Perform **administrative tasks related to the assignment** (e.g., time sheet reporting, expense declarations...). **Requirements:** * Residence in Oviedo or surrounding areas * **Valid driving license B (held for at least one year) — mandatory** * Availability for **frequent travel** and conducting inventories during **variable hours** (early morning and/or late afternoon/evening) * Knowledge of a second language (Portuguese, French, and/or Italian) is an advantage. * Experience in team management is an advantage. **Conditions:** * **Variable working hours** depending on operations: early morning and/or late afternoon\-evening. * **Frequent travel within Spain**. Possible travel to Portugal and France, depending on language proficiency. * **Remuneration**: €1,510/month in 12 payments \+ bonuses. Travel expenses and per diems will be reimbursed. * **Contract type**: Fixed-term discontinuous contract. * **Working schedule**: Full-time.
