Position Summary: We are seeking an Engineering and Technical Office Director to lead the department, drive innovation, and develop new products within an industrial group undergoing technological transformation. As a strategic figure in the group’s transformation project, the candidate will assume overall responsibility for the Engineering and Technical Office, including projects related to rotary cutting and sealing machines, and will be responsible for: * Leading, designing, and coordinating new product development projects. * Coordinating improvement projects for existing products. * Ensuring technological supervision and oversight of the department’s technical team. * Supporting production, product launch, and validation. * Providing technical\-commercial assistance. Reporting directly to the General Management, the selected candidate will assume global responsibility for the Engineering and Technical Office. Responsibilities: * Manage the department to optimize team performance through resource planning, activity prioritization, goal-oriented guidance, and motivation toward achievement. * Lead the technical feasibility analysis and defense of strategic offers and projects. * Direct product development and promote technological innovation (R\+D\+i). * Supervise technical studies and 3D design of assemblies, as well as drafting of manufacturing construction drawings (design of parts, components, mechanisms, and hydraulic\-pneumatic systems). * Coordinate and ensure proper commissioning of new products and processes. * Implement the department’s management plan and technical strategy. * Establish and monitor key departmental performance indicators. * Actively participate in the Management Committee, contributing technical insight. * Ensure clear focus on products, production, and industrial processes. * Manage and lead projects from order placement through final implementation. REQUIREMENTS: * Degree in Industrial Engineering (Senior or Technical). * Solid experience, minimum 5 years; * Technical Office and/or Engineering roles * Innovation and New Product Development * Design of transmission systems (pulleys and gears) * 3D design of capital equipment * Team management and people leadership Mandatory: * Advanced 3D design skills (SolidWorks preferred) and office software proficiency. * Manufacturing processes: machining * Hydraulics and pneumatics * High-level conversational and written English.
