**Objective**

Under the supervision of the delegation coordinator and the delegate, the candidate will be responsible for:
JOB OBJECTIVES:
Planning, promoting, implementing, and monitoring the project “Ecotopias for Our Future: Building Active Coeducational Communities for Care of People and the Planet”.
Participating in the implementation of the delegation’s Education for Social Transformation (EPTS) interventions.
Contributing to the development of the delegation’s activities, strengthening InteRed’s presence in Euskal Herria.
Representing InteRed in sectoral coordination and articulation spaces.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Planning and coordinating activities for the project “Ecotopias for Our Future: Building Active Coeducational Communities for Care of People and the Planet”, funded by the AVCD under its 2025 project call.
Promoting project activities in coordination with other participating entities, fostering work in educational institutions through training and support for teachers and students in coeducation.
Technical and financial monitoring of the project.
Preparing progress reports in accordance with applicable regulations.
Supporting efforts to secure sustainability and funding (public and private) for the delegation.
Participating in regional-level coordination meetings, as well as delegation meetings requiring the candidate’s involvement or networks in which InteRed participates.
REQUIRED PROFILE:
Essential requirements:
University degree, preferably in Social Sciences, Education, Social Education, Social Work, or related fields.
Proven experience of at least four years in:
Education for Development and Global Citizenship.
Transformative educational methodologies, preferably in the Basque Country.
Work in formal or non-formal education settings.
Training in gender equity.
Proficiency in Spanish and Basque.
Willingness and availability to travel within Euskal Herria.
Computer skills: proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Administrative-level management of social media and other external communication and web tools.
Desirable qualifications:
Knowledge and experience in project management and formulation.
Field experience in development processes.
Personal Profile:
Ability to identify with InteRed’s values and culture, and to understand the culture of an NGO.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ease in interpersonal relations and facilitating youth group work.
