Job Summary: Production operator for the manufacturing and processing of concrete and prefabricated panels, including quality control and maintenance of the working environment. Key Highlights: 1. Temporary contract with potential for development in a stable sector Production operator to work in Maqueda, within the construction sector. The main responsibility is to actively participate in concrete manufacturing, measuring and mixing materials according to the specifications of each project. Also responsible for producing prefabricated panels by handling molds and basic machinery, ensuring proper molding and curing processes. Additionally, visual quality control is performed to detect possible defects in the finished product, and support is provided for other tasks within the production area. The position includes maintaining order and cleanliness in the workplace, adhering to industrial safety and hygiene regulations. Physical stamina for continuous manual work, as well as responsibility and proactivity, are required. A temporary contract is offered with opportunities for development in a stable sector, featuring clear processes and a focus on product quality. Prior experience in industrial or production environments is valued. A forklift operator license is required. A valid front-end forklift license is preferred. Experience in concrete prefabrication or construction sectors is appreciated. Physical work capability is required. We seek a responsible, proactive individual eager to learn. Having a personal vehicle is advantageous.
