Responsibilities \- Prepare food items required for their preparation. * Perform qualified, autonomous, and responsible preparation, seasoning, and presentation of dishes, applying the most appropriate techniques. * Preparation and production of cold and hot sections. * Comply with product safety, quality, and preservation protocols. * Inspect and monitor kitchen equipment and tools, promptly reporting any issues. * Optimize expenses. * Maintain and manage stock. * Monitor and ensure proper preservation and efficient utilization of provided ingredients.
