Participate in supplier audits and continuous improvement events. **Job Summary** As a **Supplier QA Engineer**, you will support the development, implementation, and execution of quality control programs and procedures across Flowserve’s EMEA region. This role involves translating customer specifications and industry standards into product and process criteria, as well as creating control plans to ensure compliance across multiple locations. You will also address daily production quality issues at manufacturing plants, customer sites, and supplier facilities throughout the region. This position is open to any Flowserve location in EMEA and requires effective coordination across diverse teams and countries. **Your Role** * **Coordinate** with production teams across multiple EMEA sites to plan and execute incoming and production inspections. * **Manage** relationships with customers and external inspectors operating in various EMEA countries. * **Participate** in supplier quality testing and external audits across the regional supply base. * **Participate** in Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) events at EMEA sites and regionally. * **Oversee** product portfolio KPIs in the region and lead root-cause-based corrective actions to close gaps against targets. * **Manage** customer witness inspections across multiple EMEA manufacturing plants. * **Maintain and analyze** quality data from various sites to provide insights or identify issues for management and stakeholders. * **Raise awareness** within the Leadership community regarding identified opportunities and how to realize them. * **Collaborate** with internal departments and multinational teams to clarify or resolve technical issues related to QC activities. * **Deliver** all documentation to customers per the QAP, coordinating with internal departments and closing all document-related queries. * **Perform** other assigned tasks in support of regional quality objectives. **Your Profile** * **Engineering degree.** * **Excellent command of English.** * **Experience** in engineering and in using Lean and Six Sigma tools and methodologies. * **Experience** in a quality control department. * **Understanding** of product and process flow. * **Strong organizational skills.** * **Proficiency** in Microsoft Office Suite. * **Excellent verbal and written communication skills.** * **University degree** (BS or BA) in a relevant field and a minimum of 5 years of experience.
