DESCRIPTION At Grupo Nexo, through our temporary staffing division (Nexo 8 ETT), we are proud to collaborate with a market-leading company specializing in door hardware. Our company focuses on supplying and installing innovative access solutions—from essential hardware to high-tech automatic door systems. We serve a broad range of clients, including large retail chains such as IKEA and El Corte Inglés, as well as hotels and other large-scale facilities. Our solutions are part of your everyday life, guaranteeing safety and functionality. We seek to incorporate a **Maintenance Technician** with at least 2 years of experience into our team. You will be a key contributor to the **commissioning, maintenance, and after-sales service** of **automatic door systems**, serving both industrial divisions and large- and small-scale retail outlets. Your role will be critical in ensuring optimal performance and longevity of our clients’ installations. **Main Responsibilities:** ---------------------------------- * Commission automatic door systems. * Execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans. * Efficiently diagnose and resolve malfunctions. * Provide after-sales service and technical support to customers. * Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction. * Document interventions and report incidents. **What We Offer:** ------------------- * **Contract:** Initial assignment via ETT, with potential direct hiring by the client company (junior profile), or direct contract with the client company (senior profile). * **Working Hours:** Full-time schedule from Monday to Thursday, 8:00–17:30, with a 45-minute lunch break; Fridays, 8:00–15:15\. * **Competitive Salary:** Junior profile (€20,000–€22,000 gross annual); Senior profile starting from €30,000 gross annual. * **Additional Benefits:** Company car and meal allowances included. **What We Look for in You:** ------------------------ * Proven technical maintenance experience of at least 2 years, preferably in automatic door systems. * Technical knowledge in mechanics and electricity. * Ability to autonomously diagnose and resolve issues. * Team-oriented mindset with strong customer satisfaction focus. * Valid driver’s license (Category B). * Willingness to travel within the Madrid area. **Key Skills:** ---------------------- We seek professionals with a strong sense of responsibility, proactivity, and excellent communication skills.
