Certification in SFMC: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Consultant certification is a strong plus. 2\+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Software Engineer. **Activities in scope:** * Work closely with key stakeholders, including direct interaction with business partners. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure best practices in campaign development and implementation. * Perform configuration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including data extension, OOTB reporting, journey flow, and automations, SQL, Lilly SFMC platform setup, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Einstein features within SFMC * Ensure and maintain the quality of business requirements and project solutions. **Preferred:** * Knowledge of marketing automation tools and best practices. * Familiarity with agile development methodologies. Experience in SFMC development: configure Journey Flows, Automation, JB functionality, Einstein features, Queries, contact builder, Audience Builder, EMP Script , Content Builder, Mobile studio, Automation Builder, Package Manager, html code, SMFC templates creation. Experience in creating email marketing campaigns using SFMC (for automated /simple campaigns). Best practices or design skills in terms of Campaign **International environment:** \- The project will be developed by an international team. English is mandatory (C1\-C2\).
