Warehouse Coordinator

Description

We are seeking a warehouse manager to coordinate daily logistics area operations, ensuring the proper functioning of material receipt, storage, and dispatch processes. The selected candidate must guarantee operational efficiency, inventory management, and compliance with safety and quality standards within the automotive sector. Key responsibilities include coordinating daily warehouse activities, supervising and supporting the team, monitoring inventories, receipts, and dispatches, and ensuring correct material flow. It will also be necessary to uphold safety regulations, manage incidents, and propose process improvements. Shift work (morning, afternoon, and night rotating shifts) is required, along with prior experience in logistics and team management. Candidates must possess inventory control knowledge, user-level proficiency in Excel and Outlook, and strong organizational and problem-solving skills. This is a part-time temporary contract to cover a replacement, offering a competitive salary commensurate with the responsibilities of the position.
