If you possess solid quality control experience, leadership skills, and a rigorous commitment to excellence, we invite you to consider this exciting opportunity. **Position:** Quality Coordinator and Supervisor **Required Experience:** Minimum 5 years **Location:** Manzanares (Ciudad Real) **Key Responsibilities:** As Quality Coordinator and Supervisor, you will play a fundamental role in ensuring our projects meet the highest quality standards in civil and electrical areas. Your main responsibilities will include: * **Quality Documentation Development:** Drafting and managing Quality Plans, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and project-specific inspection and test plans for civil and electrical projects. * **Verification Execution:** Conducting meticulous on-site measurements, verifications, and inspections, strictly following established inspection and test plans for various disciplines. * **Recording and Control:** Accurately completing inspection and test plans and/or corresponding checklists, documenting performed verifications in detail. * **Compliance Supervision:** Actively verifying and supervising compliance with operating procedures by work teams across different disciplines (civil and electrical). * **Incident Management:** Identifying, managing, and tracking non-conformities, deviations, and other quality-related incidents, proposing and validating corrective actions. * **Report Preparation:** Preparing and presenting periodic and final quality control reports detailing status, findings, and inspection results. * **Site Management:** Administering and controlling inspection and test plans and checklists directly at the construction site, ensuring their proper application and documentation. * **Equipment Administration:** Comprehensive management of measurement and monitoring equipment, including inventory creation and maintenance, calibration coordination, and supervision of periodic maintenance and verification activities. * **Material Approval:** Issuing Material Approval Bulletins (MABs) after relevant verifications, ensuring only quality components are used. **Job Requirements:** To succeed in this role, we seek a professional with the following profile: * **Education:** Higher education in related technical fields (Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent). * **Experience:** Over 5 years of demonstrable experience in quality control roles, preferably within the energy, construction, or industrial sectors, with specific focus on civil and electrical disciplines. * **Technical Knowledge:** Solid understanding of technical regulations applicable to civil and electrical projects, quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001 or other relevant standards), and inspection and testing methodologies. * **Coordination Skills:** Proven ability to coordinate work teams, plan activities, and manage resources efficiently. * **Supervisory Skills:** Experience supervising personnel and processes, ensuring procedural compliance and achievement of quality objectives. * **Competencies:** Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
